Printing Trading Cards

When you have decided to create your very own trading card game, how would you get around to printing out and creating the physical trading cards? Would you try and find a way to print them yourselves? Or would you find a company that could do it for you?

Print them on normal paper, sleeve them, and reinforce them with MtG cards (or any fitting card). I have done that on a number of games. It's more forgiving of your craftsmanship, relatively quick, and the result is very robust and plays nicely.
