Primary Shares vs. Secondary Shares

I mostly buy primary shares. Primary shares are the shares you can buy after the company gets approval for trading in the market and the primary shares are available as IPO. Once IPO closes, these shares will be available to trade in the stock market, these shares are called secondary shares. Primary shares are cheap and secondary shares can become very expensive. What are your favorites?
