Prefer working part time if possible?

I hate working a full time job, it's tedious and takes too much of your life away. So I've gone the self employed route and am trying to work part time. Not all day long, but a short period in the morning hours to finish my daily work, and then the rest of the day is set for me.

Do you prefer to work part time over full time if possible?
