If powerful officials and large companies in the internet sector, are preventing the sales of expensive domains by spreading false rumors about domain ownership, what is best option to end the slander, defamation and sell the domains at the market rate?

What I learned when I applied for a website is to pay for the domain which I did not do for I do not exactly know the price of a domain.

If domain name is copy writted like using another extension of copywritted domain name so everything is possible or the owner doesn't like to sell or something in this label.

I am not aware of the issues mentioned by the OP but what I know is domain registrars and domain resellers are hoarding domains and charging premium prices for these domains.
