I am staff on two paid-to-post forums, I also post on a paid-to-post forum sometimes and make a couple of bucks once in a while. Do you think running a paid-to-post forum is sustainable? For non-paying forums bringing members and building content, also generating traffic and revenue can be really difficult. However, people are very eager to join a paid to post forum (because of incentives). These people also bring traffic, and thus generate revenue for the form, What do you think?

I have looked into running a paid-to-post forum myself but with not having any disposable income at the moment or any money I could put towards setting something like this up to start it, I feel it would not work out too well unless I found an incentive for people that would be interested in a new paid-to-post forum that wasn't money related at first whilst we generated income to start using money as an incentive. It's a great idea if you can get it going and keep it going but you would definitely need the money to be able to start it out.
