Open Source web hosts

Is there any open source web hosts out there? I am looking to get a more clean site, and I figure it would be pretty cool to find an open source host that only uses open source options. Anything like that exist?

I don't know if that term is applicable to web host, but I have heard about a lot of free hosting site that are good to host your website, but they have bandwith and diskspace limitation.

I wouldn't advise you to go this route. Just make sure that you use the paid options; the risks associated with open source are so much, I don't think you'll want that.

I know about free web hosts where you can host your website free for ever. There are limitations, but you pay zero dollars. However, I do not know about open source web hosts. I am not sure if something like this even exist.
