Does anyone feel cynical about idealism? Why or why not?

It was only in the Garden of Eden everything was free but curse on Adam and Eve for taking that away from us by having God shut the gate at us being driven out. In our world, only a fool will say or ask for where everything is free.

Does anyone feel cynical about idealism? Why or why not?

Unfortunately, I'm a Realist and not an Idealist. There are some things idealism teaches that doesn't connects with me in any way, so it's why I had to dump it the very first time I heard about it. As for songs, it's very entertaining with the beats, at least it's what I enjoyed in it.

I mean this one specifically is true nothing is free everything has a price, does it mean life is bad and full of terror? No! Does it mean life is easy and prospering with unicorns? No! But life is life and we need to live it anyway with its pros and cons and we don't have any other choice so even though anything has a price that's what makes life worth it we live just once and we have to live the best otherwise it will be boring .
Such sayings like this one teach us a lot and bring up good points as I see it.

Exactly! When everything in life is free, I believe it is going to make living a very boring thing because nobody is going to place importance in anything they are doing since they can get everything that they want in life with no cost. People will be very useless and they wouldn't even appreciate living in any way.
