Omnichannel marketing means you market your products, services, business, websites etc, through a single marketing channel, whereas multichannel marketing means you utilize multiple marketing channels and try to use various channels to reach your customers. Facebook marketing is omni channel marketing, however, if you use facebook, google, twitter, etc. at the same time, your marketing is multichannel marketing.
