While North Korea does not pose a serious threat to the western world, it does still pose a threat to South Korea. What would you do if you were the US President with the support of Congress?

I would ban exports of all goods to North Korea and eliminate aid to the country. Ultimately the decision to change leadership has to come from the North Koreans themselves.

If they wanted to hit back at the US, they'd have to aim for Alaska. Or Guam I suppose. It's the US allies that have the most to fear: Japan and South Korea.

I did not even know the US has sent goods and stuff to NK. I figured that country was like, a big nono xD

Seriously North Korea is one of the smallest problems our world currently have.

North Korea is developed county and It is getting progress day by day but some issues with US are effective for it. Those should be cleared.

I think North Korea needs to be neutralized either using military force or some other method. They are going to develop many advanced nuclear weapons, if they are not stopped now.

They are definitely capable of killing some people, particularly in South Korea.

But they will probably never attack United States, because if they do, they may face serious consequences.

Can someone explain to me how North Korea can be so dangerous but South Korea be so peaceful? I am a huge fan of happy Kpop so I am just wondering why there is this huge contrast.

North Korea is more dangerous because it is a communist country. South Korea on the other hand, is not communist country.

Every communist country in this world is kind of dangerous.

I am glad this has all died down. It is funny to see their empty threats. They are like an ant raising their fist at us.

However, shall they actually send a missile towards the US, and it lands in the Pacific, would the US take action? And did you know if SK and NK go into war, the US has to too?

I hope to see North Korea change sometime in my life. It is scary having them so close to South Korea which I really want to visit.
