The style of your forum is nice but simple and you can easily see that you've only made some minor edits to the MyBB stock theme, if I was you I'd look into getting a fully customised theme.

Your forum lacks content, there's nothing to look at, nothing to attract anyone to visit your forum, getting guests to sign up will be hard, content needs to be added.
