Newsletters or Mass Mails

How often do you send out a mail to your users? I usually send one out every month, but some people think that is way too often.

I never send them any emails. The reason is most of my websites are blogs and many of the members over there might be simply spam profiles and, sending emails to spam email ids are not a good idea.

I hardly send them at all as I have no use to. I used to only do it when activity was dropping and that was once in a blue moon.
