Need a tool for bulk SMS for congregation

Looking for software that I can use to send out bulk text messages to members of our church congregation. We need to use it to send out emergency alerts, cancellation alerts, prayer and donation requests, event notifications, etc. Bonus points if it works equally well for managing internal communications with staff and volunteers, and if it supports 2-way messaging.

The one I am looking at is DialMyCalls, as I see that it is used by some other religious organizations. I would love to hear from other people who are utilizing a similar service provider for their bulk SMS messaging efforts.

Are you looking at this as a standalone tool, or integrated with a newsletter or other membership system?

I have worked with a local company they helps me send bulk text messages, but I have not tried any services that woks in the international market, or the US or the UK market to be precise. I have worked with clients who were doing SMS marketing campaigns (I used to write copies for them) and they were using Simple Texting. I think they even have a pricing plans for Church texting.
