Multiple Ad Networks

Have you tried using multiple ad networks on your site? These days most of my sites only have adsnese. However, in the past, I was using multiple ad networks. Apart from adsnese, I was also using media.net, infolinks, adhitz, etc. Do you use single ad network or multiple ad networks?

I use only single network. Do you think it is cool to use multiple network? Will there be any effect?
