Have you ever sold a site or domain or something at auction with a lot of bidders interested?

I can't say I have had a hugely successful auction- the one that I have going on now has had the most bidders I've ever managed- currently 5 bids with the price at $12.

What do you think the keys to auction success are?

I have once sold a website at an auction.
It didn't have much bidders. But I was able to sell it for a good price!
The key for a successful bid will be the quality of the item which is being auctioned. the reasonable price is also another important point!
