By this, I mean what quality really annoys you about members of your forum? Of course, no specific names are needed here, but really gets you annoyed?

My annoyance with members comes when they join the forum and instantly belittle everyone they can just because they know more than them. Annoying as hell!

I want everyone to get along on forums I run and to recognize the "ignore" feature when they get annoyed by someone else on the community

I'd have to agree with you on that one...

I hate those people who join and act as they're far better then everyone else.

i've see alot of examples, unfortunately mostly on webmaster/admin forums haha. I suppose that is just the way that the world works in todays modern world though.
