McDonalds or...

Burger King/Hungry Jacks (Called that here in Australia due to legal reasons) usually has overcooked meat, sometimes burnt on the outside and it really isn't juicy or anything. I prefer the McDonalds burgers, but after working there it has put me off.

over here (UK) i have found mcdonalds burgers taste like cardboard - burger king ones actually taste like meat. however to honest if i am looking for a burger where i live neither get a look in - we have a couple of local places that do fantastic gorgeous burgers - they are a bit more expensive than the big chains but they taste so much better.

i have the chains for when i am travelling - in a strange area i do at least know mcdonalds or burger king will taste how i expect

I know what you mean by local places being better. My local burger shop's are amazing, sad thing is they are retiring this year :(

My Dad has been to a chicken factory where they kill and process chickens into patties and other stuff- now that would put you off burgers! At least he only goes there a couple of times a year :)

We have a local Gourmet chain Burger Fuel which is awesome :)

we have just had a KFC open near us and my kids were raving about it - i gave it ago but found their meat too greasy, their chips tasted horrible, and their prices were higher. so macdonalds wins against KFC - but still prefer local burger places

I used to have an A&W outlet, but that closed down. :( Between McD, KFC and Burger King, I find McD the best here after the closed A&W. Burger King is best for their onion rings here, the rest aren't that good. KRC only has the regular fries as the worst item.

I prefer Burger King over McDonald's because their portions are much larger. For the same price, I can get a bigger burger at Burger King than at McD's. I'm always full after eating a set meal at Burger King but my stomach doesn't feel a difference after eating a set meal at McD's.

Yeah McDonalds isn't very good over here, I'm a Burger King/KFC/Subway kind of guy. I much prefer to shop at local fast food places, this Chinese place I swear has the best General Tso's chicken in the world. :p

Do you have Friar Tucks in Ameirca? Delicious..

Yeah, I'd rather a Chinese better than any other of those big brand places..
