Making money with Youtube

Seems a pretty fun idea I'm having ago at this, with other peoples music videos- maybe going to create karaoke versions etc. Will see how I go. Anyway I uploaded my first music video and actually thought it was pretty cool- it was a band I'd never heard of.... So maybe this is a way to make money AND have fun!

Any suggestions on how to get views, likes, comments etc. ??

Do you have any popular videos on youtube?
One way to get views are by adding annotations to the popular videos and ask people to watch it in that annotation!
Another way is to spam the inboxes of the people who have commented on similar videos!

This is an awesome idea, if you consider the artists who gives free music or music with CC license!

Hmm, I got a video taken down- it was a Rihanna song with pictures instead of the video, kind of weird there are others like it out there.

The Main thing to remember, is Copyright. Even gaming footage with commentary is borderline copyright - I was actually monetizing my videos which had alot of commentary - but it was more of a Vlog than a Commentary over gameplay - you have to actually be able to juggle it, sorry i'm only speaking from experience and i use to make a few hundred from my videos on Youtube back in 09 - Well maybe it just hit the mark of 100 dollars Lol.

Regardless, Copyright suckz when its only partial.

I don't know how people make money off youtube, I have yet to figure that one out
