LSI Keywords

Do you use LSI keywords when you are doing your SEO? If so why? Do you feel that it helps you? If you don't know what LSI keywords are, Wikipedia explains it alot better than what I do!

It must do because I've seen articles that are usually costing around $1-2 go for 20$ if the LSI is good!
