Losing Access to Your Amazon Account

I have multiple Amazon accounts, these accounts are associated with various Amazon services like Amazon Associate, KDP, Amazon Merch, etc. Recently, when I was trying to access one of my Amazon accounts, I seemed to have forgotten my password. I asked for a password reset. They are asking me to enter the OTP sent to my registered mobile number. However, I am not receiving OTP on my mobile number. I have tried multiple times but in vain. has such a thing happened to anyone? What did you do to gain access to your account?
