As for the best option I know where you can order cheap vps plans, kvchosting.com will work fine.
Their ssd vps plans impressed me a lot. Features are reasonably good, but the panel can be a pain sometimes. They offer nice Control Panel, but it is fairly well feature packed, and easy to use. It just takes getting used to.

You can check out QHoster.com web hosting solutions. I like their facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/qhoster
The customer service is prompt and will get you the information you need to make your website function the best.

Payments: CashU, Ukash, Paysafecard, Skrill, Payza, Nereller and more.

I was recommended to try Hostingsource.com as a host that offered excellent value, and most importantly for me, as a complete novice, excellent support.
They stayed with me thru the whole signup and introduction on setting up the site and control panel. Good option to get us hosting.

I have seen really nice hosting deals offered by webhost.pro team.
Uptime has been okay. I've had about 99.8% uptime with them which isn't bad.

It has a good blend of price, features and reliability.

My daughter recommended me to place my site at QHoster.com and I did it a year ago.
If you log on to their site you get an ad page before you get to the page you want but there is always a continue button and I can live with it for the value. Very reliable.
