I've posted on Lifestyle & Health a few times before. The forum aligns with many things I believe in- alternative health, supplements, etc. Ways to keep us healthy, not just physically, but mentally & emotionally as well. I encourage people to take a look at this forum & see what they have to offer.

Thank you very much for your appreciation. It means a lot. The home page is a blog, it has been a blog for many years, I created a forum in the blog because a client asked me to, however, at the last minute he backed down, so I ended up running the forum. I have been running it for a year.

I have openings now for Post Exchanges since Summer is nearing its end. I'm always open to Active exchanges. Just commiting to being on each other's forum, no number required. I feel it's less stressful. Let me know if that ever works for you
