Let's Talk Doctor Who!

Anybody else love this show. I do! (I do in general, the last few series with Jodi Whitaker were pretty bad overall).

Doctor Who is the longest running sci-fi show in history. It started in 1963. I first discovered it when I was 9 years old (circa 1984-85) and was instantly hooked.

This year is the 60th anniversary, and a series of 60th anniversary specials is slated to air starting on November 25th.

I love Doctor Who! My spouse and I still need to catch up though, we stopped watching after the 11th doctor. We both are looking forward to eventually getting around to watching the special that comes out with Donna and the 10th doctor. Donna was my favorite companion for the doctor, they really had a hilarious dynamic.

Ah, but David Tenant is returning not as the 10th doctor, but as the 14th doctor.

Have you seen the previews? They look amazing!

I am so glad that Russell T. Davies has returned as the showrunner.

They're saying that Ncuti Gatwa's first season will be a soft reboot of the entire show and will be called Season 1
