Legal Loopholes

Do you know of any legal loopholes that can help businesses and individuals alike to not only save money but improve their business and life over all? I am always hearing about them but never know anyone that has actually taken advantage of them.

I can't think of any legal loopholes that's going to help any kind of business to have good business. Rather, I think they are going to put your business in a fix that's going to affect the business in a negative way. All businesses must work within the confines of the law to avoid issues.

In our country, big businesses frequently use legal loopholes. sadly, the government cannot penalize these businesses as they have influence in the government. The loopholes are so big that sometimes these businesses even make adjustments in their favor on an annual budget.

The only place that I can say that big businesses in my country have a loophole to exploit is in evading taxes. They can do it for as long as they can until they are pegged to pay it by all means. They will use their connection in the government to avoid being charged to court.
