Kloxo Keeps Down!

Hi Guys,

Im running a KLoxo on my server. But sometimes my whole website is down. When i receive this email.

Code:
Host: server1.domain.net
Date: Jun-23 04:25
Port: 80
Action: sh /script/restart-web --force >/dev/null 2>&1

when i receive that i just run sh /script/restart-web --force >/dev/null 2>&1 and it will be fine.

And after some days it will be down again. Can you help me on how to fix this? So that my website will not down again?
