Many real estate investors who are unable to purchase a home immediately opt to borrow the money instead of accumulating it over an extended period of time and renting out the home or apartment. Is it then feasible to use this earnings alone to pay back the loan?

It depends on how much interest you are paying and how much rental income you are collecting. Generally speaking, if you rent out the entire house, you might be able to pay your loan with rental income.
