Yes, it is for me. The competition in real life nowadays become harder and harder each day, so for you to qualify for that competition you still need to finish a degree. And also I can't imagine what will happen to me if I stop studying.

In my opinion education is important to have a bit of advantage in life, but being successful is a different matter. Being successful for me is a combination of skills, perseverance, and values. Not all are learned in school but one that does not study has lack in base and foundation.

If you have a stem degree, it helps get people a job. What doesn't help (unless you have connections) are liberal arts degrees. Having a degree in underwater basket weaving is only going to qualify you for a job at Subway or McDonalds

Sometimes you have to be more creative. For instance, if you're good at web stuff, a history major could help a history blog. Anyway, if you're talking about working for other people, though, of course, you're massively disadvantaged.

Working up to manager can be a worthwhile goal. Anyway, whose to say your liberal degree wouldn't help - especially one in business or marketing?

With the number of "educated" but unemployed rising we begin to question if the education we get today is really necessary. Welders get relatively more salaries than nurses nowadays and these welders finish their courses in 6 months time compared to nurses finishing theirs in 5 years.

Education is not really the key to success because, some people have succeeded without it. It only depends on your creativity and where you come from. Also, people talented with various skills have been successful.

Some people have become millionaires through running, whereby they participate in marathon championships and they emerge winners. Others come from wealthy families, of which they get to inherit property from their parents making them become successful. Creativity too has led to success, whereby one comes up with an idea to do something which generates income to them.

money is the best thing at the moment because it can bring even more money and you also able to do any business online or offline. Without money this is not a dream job. I thought education is important when I was Kid, but it went wrong when I grew up.
