Is AI going to be abused?

AI has become massively popular as of late and it seems to be split between people. Some are really into AI and what it can do, while others are against the idea of AI. I am for and against it in certain ways. I'm for it when it comes to helping with writing, but not to use it outright for your writing either.

I worry about the youth using it more so, because now college will be a breeze if AI can be used to spruce a work up.

There is no doubt about it. Every invention of mankind has been abused in some way or the other and the same inventions and technological advances have become a source of destruction too. If we humans do not learn from our past mistakes, the same things are bound to happen with AI too.
