Investing in AI tech companies – good or bad?

I am not sure how I feel about AI technology right now. Part of me is nervous of what it can lead to while the other part is excited to see what gets created.

Either way, do you think it is a good idea to invest in AI tech companies right now?

Right now it might be a good place to invest in. AI has been a big thing the past few years and the popularity is just hitting its stride. The problem with these tech companies, is that we don't know if all of them will succeed, so it will be a risk for a lot of us when it comes to investing, because one day it could be good, and the next it could be done for.

I have a desire to invest in AI tech companies but I am unable to do so at the moment. There are no AI tech-based companies listed on the stock exchange in our country, and I have not discovered any AI-based startups. I also cannot invest in foreign AI-based companies as it is illegal to invest in foreign companies in my home country.

This is a very tight spot for investors in your country. Why in the world would the government of your country make it so difficult for people to work with their own money and get rich?

Well, the government is not stopping people to invest and make money, by banning foreign investment, the government is encouraging people to invest in their own country and improve GDP. When people invest in foreign companies, it will only benefit them, however, if they invest in their own country, entire nation will benefit.
