Injured on the job, do you sue the work?

If you're injured on the job, do you look to sue the work depending on how bad you were injured? I think it also depends on who is at fault. An investigation would probably need to be done, which would result in camera footage being looked at, and questioning people who might have witnessed what happened. Have you ever been injured on the job? Did you have a case for neglect? Or was it on you?

If I were assaulted by someone at the workplace, then I may file a complaint against such kind of person. I may never take the law in my own hands because it is never a wise thing to do so. You must follow the legal procedure in order to deal with such kind of people.

If I am injured on duty, I will expect the business/company to pay for my medical bills, if am badly injured, I will also expect the company to compensate me. However, I never had to be in that situation.

I have never been injured on the job but should that happened right at the workplace where I'm doing my job, the management will take care of the entire medical bills. If they don't, then I will have the right to sue them. But, fortunately I have never had such experience.
