In House Writers Vs. Guest Writers?

Blogging requires a lot of writing and if you do not have time to write your own content, you can either have in-house writers (writers you have employed to write content on your blog) or hire guest writers. What is your favorite strategy to build content on your blog?

The most important thing is getting those content creators who are going to do a very good job for you with your writing your blog contents. Whether they are hired in-house or as guest writers, they need to be capable of delivering. I have used both of them for content creation and they delivered an excellent job.

Yeah, you need the best writers for your website. However, I believe in-house writers will be better than guest writers. That's because in-house writers would be responsible to you and the site and will never try to cheat or game the system. However guest writers are not morally responsible and might cheat on you with AI content to plagiarized content.

I will choose in-house writers over guest writers every day. Those whom are your in-house writers will do a better job because they are always in there and they can be called out for doing a bad job. A guest writer is only doing it for the money and will not be with you for a long time.

The most important thing is for you to make use of writers who are going to deliver high quality contents for you in your blog. Even though your blog doesn't have enough SEO power, with high quality contents, there's a chance to getting traffic from it.
