Everything is fine, but my backup will take a long time to complete. I'm sure my file isn't much bigger than it used to be. It is about 200MB in size. Is there anyone who can suggest a way for me to avoid this tedious subject?

There is a backup utility in CPanel. Select backup and then download a full account backup. That is just for files. To backup the database you use PHP MyAdmin.

You can do automatic back up as well as manual backup through cpanel. While doing automatic back up you can either choose daily back up or weekly and monthly backup depending on how frequently content is updated on your website.
