Any info on cloudarion.com dedicated hosting? Can I rely on them?

I'll suggest that you visit providers like bluehost, hostinger, GoDaddy, HostGator and namecheap. These are better than a lot of these providers that are available nowadays.
I for one don't fancy these new hosting providers.

Do you mean to say you can spend as much as $150 per month for hosting your website? If that is the case, I can suggest dedicated servers from namecheap. You can choose between three packages that can cost you $50-$300 per month.
