A website may get hacked or it may get in trouble in case it is targeted by the hackers. In such case, the owner of the website might have a harder time dealing with such kind of hackers. So, what steps could a person take in order to make sure that the website does not get hacked?

the first step to protect your website from hackers is to put two factor authentication on your site as with this in place, it would be very hard for hackers to penetrate your site.

It comes down to your own security, that means securing your servers with protection, strong passwords, and maybe software to monitor things as well. I don't really have to do much with my sites.

Two factor authentication is more geared towards users and their accounts, but I'm sure it could be used for your website too.

You will have to protect your domain and hosting accounts, you will also have to protect your web hosting control panel manager and website with a strong password. YOu will also have to regularly back up your website.

Installing an SSL certificate, employing security plugins, and keeping your website software up to date are some of the most widely recommended tips. Furthermore, it is critical to remain aware about potential hacking threats and to take preventative measures to protect against potential attacks.

one other thing that can help you as well is to prevent the hackers from getting your login code, as you might have taken all of the steps you mentioned and still fall victim to hackers because of this.

Install an SSL certificate and security plugins: Adding an SSL certificate and security plugins will help your website become more secure and resistant to attacks. Updating your website's platform and software is essential if you want to stay safe from the most recent hacking threats and vulnerabilities.
