How to legally avoid becoming a tax defaulter?

A tax defaulter is a person who does not pay taxes at the right time. I think that the best way to avoid becoming a defaulter is to pay the taxes at the right time. However, there are many people who pay taxes and they also pay fines as well. So, in case if you become a defaulter and if you pay fines as well, then will you still be considered a tax defaulter?

Just continue paying tax, never evade any kind of tax and you easily avoid becoming a tax defaulter. It is as simple as this. AS long as you are paying taxes, there will be no tax-evading issues.

The best way to avoid becoming a tax defaulter is by paying of all your taxes as and at when they are due. There's no point in trying to evade paying of your taxes when you know that you're still going to be caught up with it. Personally, I prefer to pay all my taxes annually because I will just be free of them till the next year.
