There might be many companies that might be performing quite well in the stock market. However, their actual value may never reflect in the stock exchange. This may be due to various different reasons. Such kind of shares may have the potential to perform well in the future. So, how to identify them?

Stock gets vale in two ways, one through trading activities, and another through finances. When finances are good, there will be a lot of buying activities and the value will go up. Sometimes despite having good financials, stock value might not be truly reflected in the market. YOu can identify these under valued stocks by checking companies financial records.

It is difficult to know when a company is undervalued on the stock market, in fact everyone desires to know this, but well, focusing on the topic, I think that looking at whether the company has healthy finances is key, that it has little debt for example, Another factor can be the innovation of the company within the sector, if the company is trying to innovate and strives to compete hard it can be a very good sign that it is undervalued, another factor to intuit that a company is undervalued can be if the company has a good team behind it.
