How to get links indexed?

What do you use to get your links indexed?

I've been using a bulk pinger for my fiverr links that I got. Don't know how successful it was.

I buy fiverr services including the pinging part! :/
I have never done that by myself. I guess its time I have started doing that! :/

One of the fiverr ones did quite well and a heap of links were found- the other two didn't

The issue is that most of them end up disappearing if they're too good...
