How to design an online store?

In 2020, I planned to launch my online store where I would be selling clothes. However, I put it on hold due to a pandemic. Now that vaccine has arrived and life is back to normal, I have decided to work on the online store. The question that is troubling me is how to design an online store. I have worked on blog and website, but do not know much about an online store. Hiring a designer will cost me a lot of money, therefore, I am trying to do it myself. Since designing online store from scratch requires a developer and a lot of money, I am thinking about using ecommerce content management system. For ecommerce content management systems, you have free as well as premium options.

Since you do not have to think much about procuring products, maintaining inventory, you can focus on marketing and managing the store. I remember I once created an account using wordpress domain, the site was leant to be an online store or an affiliate marketing website initially but that bugs and annoying ads being displayed by word press anytime I opened the website made me close it down without using again.

Well, I think I'm going to do some research on which e-conomerce I'm going to learn. I have designed a lots of website on Blogger but I only managed to design one E-commerce soon. I believe its going to be good if I can always be of good help to ourselves.

I think you have all it takes already to start designing you online store with the knowledge you have accumulated from working on websites designs and related things you mentioned but what I think is that you can still look for a graphics designer who is not going to charge you too much for the designs.

I think you have all it takes already to start designing you online store with the knowledge you have accumulated from working on websites designs and related things you mentioned but what I think is that you can still look for a graphics designer who is not going to charge you too much for the designs.

If I want someone to work on my online store, I would prefer to hire a web developer and web designer, instead of graphic designers. I want programmers to work on my site. However, instead of hiring a professional, I would like to do it myself so that I can cut my expenses which I can use for marketing and other things. But anyways, thanks for suggestion.
