I am banned from one forum and it seems it is going to be permanently because of retarded moderator. Now, I tricked them before with VNP, maybe ProtoVPN, something like that, but it no longer works. So, How can I trick them now?

Is there some 100% way to do it. How hackers do stuff like that?

Some sites will ban you if you use a VPN. Here are some steps you can follow:

1. Clear your browser data or use a new browser you haven't used before
2. Restart your router by turning it off and on and see if that changes your IP, if you have mobile internet you can use that or you can use a residential VPN
3. Use different login details

If you have earned a lot of money from that site then you definitely can hire a hacker.

You can change your IP address by resetting your router. It will almost always generate you a new one. If this doesn't work, you will have to go into the admin panel and do it manually.
