In other words, you will be running a business in a saturated niche. How do you generate profits when the business is already saturated.

When the market is competitive, it is very challenging to make profit, however, new companies can also carve their own market even when their niche is saturated. Nokia was a big phone company, yet iPhone and Samsung created their own market. Despite the existence of iPhone and Samsung, a lot of new phone companies are already selling well in the market. With proper business strategy, you can still profit from the saturated market.

You want to provide something your competition doesn't. This really depends on the niche and the business itself. Having a fun twist on something can help make your brand stand out more among the sea of other options. Having good customer support goes a long way too.

When you are not trying to change some certain things in a unique way in that business, you will find it very difficult to stay ahead of others.
