No matter what profession you choose, you will become successful when you have hard skills. Hard skills means the skills that are require to perform tasks in your industry or chosen career field. Apart from hard skills, to become successful, whether in a job, self employment, or a business, you need also need soft skills. You need soft skills like time management, communication skills, etc.

First off, major props to anyone hustling to level up in their career game. It's like climbing a ladder – takes grit, sweat, and sometimes a few stumbles along the way.

Now, let's talk about that phrase "in California, you need to get certified before trying to apply for a job." California, huh? They're sticklers for certifications, ain't they? Well, gotta say, while it might seem like a hassle, having that stamp of approval can open doors you didn't even know existed. It's like having a golden ticket in a sea of applicants.

But hey, don't let that certification talk scare ya off! It's just one piece of the puzzle. Success in any profession is like a recipe – you gotta mix in a dash of talent, a pinch of hard work, and a whole lotta passion. And let's not forget about networking – it's not just about what you know, but who you know. So, grab a coffee, hit up some industry events, and start making them connections!

Becoming successful with your career is just like climbing the ladder, you have to put your each step up and then have a perfect grip to continue to climb. This involves building your skills, knowledge, and expertise. The most important thing to remember is you need to be positioned with the right profession

I think you have to be passionate about what you do, that's the most important thing in my opinion, when you genuinely like what you do I don't think it's very difficult to be a master at what you do, or at least a high-level professional in your sector or business.

The time you dedicate to research and studying is also important, every profession is built from the study of it, and it cannot be improved without more study.

In my humble opinion, success isn't just about luck—it's a blend of hard graft, smart moves, and a sprinkle of magic. It's like crafting a gourmet dish; you need the right ingredients and skills to whip up something extraordinary. That's where "hrdf training" steps in, serving as the secret sauce to level up your game.

As for the question posed in the thread, becoming successful in your profession isn't a one-size-fits-all deal. It's more like a tailored suit—you gotta find what fits you just right. For some, it might mean hustling extra hard, while for others, it's about working smarter, not harder. And let's not forget about passion—it's the fuel that keeps the fire burning bright in your career journey.
