Although this thread is mainly for my staffs, it is not wrong if friends as members of the Bizdustry forum also share their opinions, Off topics are comments that deviate from the topic, for example a thread discussing the issue of money, if there are posts or comments about food it means off. topic, so off topic is often considered spam or junk, So what do you think, Does Bizdustry Staff need to remove OffTopic? or just let it fill the comments column,

I do not really understand what you mean when you say "off topic", some topics may not actually satisfy the forum on which they are posted but they can make sense sometimes

How should one treat topic is definitely base on the topic, and what the topic is all about, that would allow me treat it in a good way and manner.

From my point of view, off topics should be removed from the topic where it was posted to the topic it's suppose to be under, but in the case where the off topic doesn't belong to any categories in the forum, then it should be removed and deleted.

Sometimes a thread might go completely off topic but usually it's only a few comments and then other posters will bring it back again. I've seen that happen. In that case I don't think a forum owner needs to intervene but if it has gone completely off the rails then maybe some posts would need to be removed by the owner or moderator or maybe a mention to keep on topic.

If a thread takes a turn and there are other tangents happening then on Christianity Haven I tend to see if the OP enjoys the turn of events or gets annoyed. If he speaks up and complains then I'll make a staff announcement to get the thread back on topic.

In our daily conversations we tend to go from one topic to another so it's natural for our online conversations to take that route too. If it's a more professional site where people are looking for information, I wouldn't let it happen too often because it removes the element of remaining professional.

Bizdustry should not remove the off-topic section because in as much as we have serious work on the platform or forum there should be a section whereby we can calm down relax and make comment that interest us.

I believe it shouldn't removed the why is because there are different aspects of bizdustry there's intellectual talk, entertainment and the likes these topics in question can fall under any of the sections.

Retreat off-topic by reporting the topic or telling those who are involved in posting such topic to retreat because it doesn't add any information but rather destroys

You shouldn't treat off topics like the person tried to make it that way intentionally. You should see the exact post for it's merit and let it be
