General How quickly did your community grow?

As community owners, you may find that in some cases your community could grow slowly and in other cases, it could grow quite fast depending on the tactics used and the niche of your community.

As a community owner yourself, how fast did your community grow? Was it slow growth or did you seem to grow pretty quickly after starting the community?

My communities have all grown pretty slow. Other than Gex forums, which grew pretty damn fast as soon as I promoted the community on Reddit. It's still slowly growing too.

In my primary community, the first several years were an absolute grind. And that was okay!

There was an inflection point, probably at the 20 - 30 superuser mark, where the community really took off by itself.
