How often do you market your website?

Hey all,

How often do you attempt to market your websites? What sort of marketing methods do you use? Which ones are working out better for you?

When I had ForumHoopla I used to be active on a heap of other forums, replying to posts and promoting it that way. But it takes ages to do- you have to have a heap of time on your hands...

I use google adwords to market my websites.its one of the best advertising method available

I market my websites daily in a number of ways. From just posting on forums and having my signature seen to manual blog commenting, social bookmarking, promotion forums, web 2.0 profiles, etc.

I market it perhaps once every 2-3 days, depends if i'm motivated or not

I try to market my site every day in as many ways as I can think of. I post in forums, write articles, blog, and place ads.

Every day, everywhere. I am active in the same niche sites, in similar niche forums and others where I post for fun. I am active on blogs, I am active in my sites etc. it's a never ending process. The moment you stop doing it, you'll see a decline in the traffic. we're not yet as famous as facebook, to have users flood our servers, we need to get noticed and be active
