How often do you get sick?

How often do you get sick with a head cold? I haven't had a cold in about 3 years. I make sure to eat somewhat healthy and get proper sleep each night and that seems to do it for me.
When I say proper sleep that has different meaning for everyone, for me 6 hours is plenty.

I got one in the winter of 2019 right before onslaught of covid. Actually, it was a Covid type illness. I couldn't cough without pain, stuff like that. I wonder if it was Covid, lol?
