For example if you are looking at any online facility there could be a hack and this could erase or undo a lot of the coding that you put into on your website. This is why back-ups are important and therefore it can allow you to start up back from where you were before the hack. How often do you back up the data on your website?

This is a good way to ensure that there is a constant back up between the two however the concern that i have is that there is always a link between the two which means that hackers can find your back up as well.

I have enabled weekly website backup and my websites are automatically backed up every week. I also sometimes manually backup my websites on the cloud.

This is a good move. I mean, one can't say when an attack is going to happen. So, doing a weekly backup is very important in order to ensure that the database is safe should an attack happen on your website.
