When it comes to your sites and gaining traffic to them, how much traffic do you aim for in a month? I tend to aim for well over 500,000 views a month at the very least. But it would be nice to still be able to gain more than that. I try to get more than that for sure, but if I can't get enough, I at least aim for that. What about you?

Traffic goals vary greatly depending on the size, type, and objectives of a website or business. It's best to set realistic and specific traffic goals based on your unique situation, such as increasing traffic by a certain percentage, reaching a specific number of visitors, or improving key metrics like engagement or conversions.
My realistic target is to get 3000 visitors per month.

I also aim for huge traffic on my website, however, what you aim for and what you get are two different things, it is really difficult to get huge traffic on your site because you should be ranking number one to get that kind of traffic

Getting 500,000 views a month is a lot of views if I can get, it would serve the purpose I want, especially if it is coming from top tier countries I would make more revenue

The reason I abadon my site was because of the blog Is not generating much traffic and I feel discourage. My target for my blog is 3k per day.

I always try to aim ad little as one thousand visitors in a month. This is because my website is not popular so I cannot aim more. I do not also have enough money to promote the website

There are websites that are recording up to millions of visitors each month and I think if I work towards that, it is not too much but it needs a thorough adoption of a search engine optimisation strategy on the content.

You can try to look into why it is not generating much traffic and try to fix the problem rather than just abandoning the site, as you might just be missing out on the site potential

I just started, and the goal for now is 100 visitors per day. I don't have a long term goal in terms of traffic, but in terms of income generated.

This also depends on cpc and other factors, but at least $100 for month is my first goal.

At the moment with my site being quite new, I know I will not be getting a lot of traffic to my site as I still need to promote and push my site out there a little more. With it being so new, I am quite happy for me to be hitting the 100s to the 1000s in terms of traffic at the moment and for the foreseeable, but I hope that when my site has been open a while longer and with the methods, I am using to bring traffic to my site, I will be in the higher 1000's by then. It's going to take time but will be worth it when the results are seen.

You cannot generate $100 from your site by having 100 visitors on your site. If you want $100 from your site, you need at least 3K daily traffic. I am talking this from my own experience.

Yes, I did not totally abaddon the site. I will revisit it again and change many things about the site. I have got some articles already published on it. What I just need to design the website very well and try updating some articles on it.

When my one site was doing great, it was getting around 80k per month and my goal then was 100k. I was earning nearly $1,000 a month just in ad revenue from that one site. It was amazing. I would love to be hitting 500k, that would be over 5 grand a month!

Generally speaking, it's important to focus on quality traffic rather than just quantity. This means attracting visitors who are interested in your content or products and are more likely to engage with your website or make a purchase.
