I try to eat somewhat healthy and a reasonable amount. I used to eat a lot growing up, especially drank a lot of sugary kool-aid as well. And as you know sugar causes weight gain, especially if you eat a lot of it. Anyway, these days I try to eat less with my meals. I also try to only eat twice a day. Also, drink a lot of water and cut out every sugary drink you can.

I eat thrice a day and mostly proteins in the form of chicken delicacies and cowpea dishes. I have restricted carbs and fat as I am trying to build my physique.

I don't really eat outside, because anytime I do I am not always satisfied quality. And I feel it is better to cook at home in order to save up money for more important things like business and so on

I was exactly like that. I loved so much sugar while growing up. The day I made the decision to cut down on sugar, I started to see the immense benefits of it. I look much better and I feel healthier. Now I try to eat at least twice a day. I add more fruits, water, and vegetables to my diet. I love it. Looking good is good business.

My breakfast can never be missed for any reason whatsoever. When I don't eat my breakfast in the morning, I won't have sound mind to work being that I don't sleep well at night. My breakfast makes me very active. I don't care much about my launch and I can skip it most of the time but my dinner is as important as my breakfast.

I eat two times a day, sometimes three times a day. I also drink a lot of water, add as much vegetables as I can on my plate, and keep carbs as low as I can. However, my meal portion is usually high. That's because I enjoy food.

I can't afford much in food, so for me a simple meal is rice and chicken is average. Of course, I cook more for the holidays, but I try to get about 500-700 calories per meal to keep in shape.
