How much strict are you?
Are you laid back too much or Dictator too much?
I'm actually between laid back and Dictator.

I'm pretty relaxed when it comes to running things. I don't want my staff to feel over worked, and so I usually give people a few days to get things done. On occasion, I do ask for things to be completed as swift as possible...

Andraž Rihtar can probably confirm this because of dealing with me for a while now xD

I am never a dictator, even to staffs and they are being paid. Its just that, I know I make mistakes, so do other people. So being a dictator and saying stuffs when they make mistakes is not a good thing to do imo. I am always friendly and this attitude has worked for me in both online and real life! :p

But that doesn't mean I don't say anything even if someone fails to do the work. Thats the beauty of being friendly, the only real issue is selecting the people to work with.
