How many people have you hired to develop sites for you?

How many people have you hired over the years to develop your sites? I have paid a lot of people in the past to make sites, and now days I mostly focus on the work all by myself. I much prefer to go this route since it's far cheaper, but I know not everyone can handle making their own site. With that being said, how many people have you hired over the years to develops sites for you?

None! I do not hire people to develop websites for me. Even when I was attempting to launch my first site, I did not hire people. Instead I watched tutorial videos and started on my own. I learned by trial and error.
