How many is TOO many?

How many forums do you think is too many to own at once? I'd say, unless you are a full time forum owner, anything more than two is too much- you just won't get enough time to devote to each of them + money wise everything has to be split...

I think anything more than 2 is simply too much work. I don't think anyone can withstand the amount of work for long!
For me, I guess having 1 forum is the best. 2 forums, I simply can't handle as I am doing this as a part time! I have lots of other websites to look after

Two is too much. It is better to devote all your time to one forum no matter how much time you have. One bigger more successful forum is better than two not so successful forums. Even if you can make them both do well it is still better to have one because it will be even bigger.

I think two is a round number. thats what i was working on before i undertook a few other projects, now my head is swimming.
